THE BEST AT HOME WORKOUT: 2000 Steps/18 Minutes/OVER 40/TO LOOK AND FEEL YOUNG

...and presenting (drumroll) another workout video for those of us over the age of 40 (although anyone can do the routine). This time the focus is on cardio and easy fat burning moves. It is often said, as you grow older, an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Even as the world tells you it's time to think about retirement, relaxing more, and taking it easy, your body is craving for you to keep moving.
Let's keep it real, many of us are experiencing some levels of uneasiness due to world events such as Coronavirus, political unrest, work concerns, family dynamics and more. It is not always easy to compartmentalize our emotions so that stress is manageable on a consistent basis.
This fitness routine video is fun...and for 18 minutes, stepping to the routine will allow your mind to focus only on the music and the movement. I love to dance, it is my way to relax so of course, I implement dance like movement in many of my routines. However, this blend of walking/stepping and if you desire dance will help you on your journey to optimal health. If you are a beginner or advanced, this video will surely help with your walking, cardio, aerobic and fitness goals! This healthy exercise will get you heart pumping and if your desire is to lose weight, this is great for that as well.
I recommend you do one of my exercise routines at least 3 times per week. Again, do them at your own pace...as long as you move to the music! It can be low impact or high impact.
