My realistic shoe collection. Best style tips for every mature woman. Wardrobe essentials. Once upon a time, when the topic of shoes for women over a certain age was mentioned, images of boxy and dull shoes came to mind. However, as a woman over the age of 50, I must admit, I am not wearing boxy or boring shoes.
Over the years, I always enjoyed wearing stylish shoes. In my 20's and 30's, I loved high heels. In my 40's, I still enjoyed heels but preferred more of a block heel instead of the stilletos that I used to wear. Now, I prefer wearing stylish and functional shoes. I often purchase functional shoes, mid-heels with great support. I understand my shoe selections should properly support my feet and allow the muscles of my feet to work less so that I will avoid potential injury. However, I still wear some absolutely fabulous higher heel shoes that look wonderful on my feet and complement my outfits...if only worn for a few hours at a time!
Here are a few realistic shoes from my shoe collection. When I say realistic, I mean shoes that are stylish, quality made and affordable for mature women like me. Hope you enjoy!
